Women in Executive Leadership Program

For 41+ years, Coro New York Leadership Center has convened cross-sector cohorts of early, middle-level, and executive-level professionals committed to developing their leadership capacity and civic engagement, improving New York City and State. The Women in Executive Leadership (WEL) participants will join a cohort of successful, high-level, civic leaders at the forefront of exploring and examining this highly consequential moment in New York City and State.

Over the course of four months and 60+ hours of rigorous training, participants will learn alongside industry experts to sharpen their skills, knowledge, and network that have proven to invigorate the leadership capacity of over 4,000 leaders to date!

Coro New York is excited to highlight the amazing work women are doing and provide a space for them to exchange best practices!
