Participating in Coro New York’s Women in Executive Leadership (WEL) program has been an incredibly affirming and growth-oriented experience. As a former government-appointed executive leader, it was both a pleasure and a privilege to engage in individual executive coaching while also learning alongside a cohort of accomplished women navigating leadership across sectors. WEL created a rare and intentional space to deepen my leadership practice— strengthening my communication, self-awareness, and capacity to lead through complexity— while also learning from the lived experiences of other leaders who are transitioning, evolving, and redefining impact. Through structured reflection, peer exchange, and experiential learning, I was able to sharpen how I observe, interpret, and act, while remaining grounded in personal ecology and values-based leadership. Equally valuable was gaining a clearer understanding of the breadth of resources, relationships, and institutional supports available through Coro, both during and beyond the program. WEL reinforced my confidence as a leader and expanded my perspective on how to continue building and strengthening my foundation across New York City and nationally. I am deeply grateful to the Coro team for cultivating a thoughtful, rigorous, and supportive leadership environment. WEL is a powerful investment for leaders seeking growth, connection, and clarity during moments of transition—and I wholeheartedly value the experience and its lasting impact on my leadership journey.
