Here are some ways you can join our recruitment efforts:
• Share a candidate’s name and contact information with our program staff.
• Share the program brochure and the appropriate application link with the candidate.
• Encourage the candidate to attend an information session. See our events page to see our scheduled information sessions. Alumni are also encouraged to attend and share their experience with prospective candidates.
Host a fellow
Throughout the program year, Fellows have placements in five different organizations across the government, labor, business, and nonprofit + philanthropy sectors. By hosting a Fellow for a placement, your organization and team receives high quality support to complete work that needs to get done well and quickly.
Participate in a Program Session!
Our participants engage with a diverse array of community leaders, decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders from various sectors, gaining valuable insider knowledge and a deeper understanding of multiple perspectives. They also explore the benefits of collaboration as a tool for driving meaningful change. Most of our programs allow participants to apply what they have learned in real time through City Issue Days, Strategy Days, or Change Projects.
